Women’s Leadership in the Never Normal

It’s time for our first ever Women’s Leadership Summit - providing an exciting networking and learning forum for all women leaders in South Africa.

We’ll be asking how women's leadership is shaped by the Never Normal, as leaders today face constant challenges and change. In conversation with some of South Africa’s top leaders from across different industries, we’ll be asking them what to expect in the future and how to adapt and remain relevant.

Our keynote speaker, Sal Govender, will focus on her inspiring  leadership journey as the HR Director at Africa Bureau Veritas. Ashley will unpack the state of women in leadership globally and locally and give us insights into current trends. Our panelists will look at how constant change impacts women in many ways, and how we can imagine a new approach to build a more inclusive leadership culture in the current head-winds of climate change, global conflict and new technology.

This event provides a platform for networking, learning, empowerment, and advocacy, essential for advancing careers and driving positive change in the industry.
